    Seller return and refund policy:

    The return or exchange of an item within 30 days will be effective after receipt of the item. 30 days money-back guarantee from the delivery date, please follow the following conditions:

    1. To request return information, please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the package. Your return must be sent within 30 days of the date you received the item.
    2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, well packed in the same condition as you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
    3. All costs incurred by the return are the responsibility of the buyer.
    4. After the buyer sends your package, you must provide the tracking number and clear photos of the returned package.

    Refunds
