Seller return and refund policy:

The return or exchange of an item within 30 days will be effective after receipt of the item. 30 days money-back guarantee from the delivery date, please follow the following conditions:

1. To request return information, please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the package. Your return must be sent within 30 days of the date you received the item.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, well packed in the same condition as you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
3. All costs incurred by the return are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. After the buyer sends your package, you must provide the tracking number and clear photos of the returned package.

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item, as well as the approval of your refund.
2. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time.

Exchanges

1. We only replace defective or damaged items.
2. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email to customer service to provide you with the return address.

Expedition

3. If you are shipping an item over £ 25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for the risks associated with the return of the item.
