How can I place an order?
Browse our collections and find the items you like, then click the "Add to cart" button and then "Order". Enter your delivery and billing information and wait for your order to arrive. It’s so simple!
Where is my order confirmation email?
If you have not received your order confirmation email, it is likely that:
1. The email is found in spam
2. You made a typo in your email address
Start by checking your spam, and if you can't find it, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I cancel my order?
You have 12 hours after placing your order to make a cancellation request. This request must be sent to us by email at the email address: email@example.com
Beyond this period, no cancellation can be accepted because the order will be processed. You can always return your order to us within 14 days of receipt if you still want a refund.
Where can I enter my promotional code?
When you click on the "BUY" button in your basket, the information relating to your order is displayed in the right column. You will also see a section called "Discount" which has a special field for this purpose. Enter your promotional code then click on the "Apply" button.

How long does the delivery take?
shipping to UK usually takes 7-14 days.
For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Your order begins to be processed as soon as it is placed and a tracking number will be sent to you by email a few days after the shipment of your order.
In most cases, our customers receive their orders earlier than expected (especially for French and British customers).
Where is my order? How can I track my order?
The tracking number is generally provided within 2 to 4 days of ordering and can be sent by mail within 3 to 4 days. After that, you can follow your order by using one of the following global tracking services:

What time are deliveries made?
Our products are generally delivered during local business hours (i.e. Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) through your local postal system.
What happens if I am not at home during the delivery?
Don't worry, most of our items will stay in your mailbox if they are small enough. If the postal service does not have access to your mailbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for collection. They will also leave a note to inform you of the package and the pick-up location.
